Oversize and overweight cargo moves to and from the Port of Muskogee over approved routes maintained by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.  Permits for oversize and overweight cargo are issued by the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety.  Within the Port of Muskogee, Port Industries enjoy unrestricted movement of oversize and overweight cargo.
